The residents of the new two-seat Tynwald Constituency of Garff have elected Martyn Perkins and Daphne Caine to the Keys for the coming five year term. The new Members will be covering an area from Ballure in Maughold through Lonan and Laxey to Howstrake and rural Onchan.
