Ramsey Road Focus of Roads Policing Unit Attention.

The Roads Policing Unit are underway with assessment of vehicle speeds on Ramsey road in Laxey at the moment. PC Flat has been deployed for all to see and the Commissioners are advised that enforcement measures will be stepped up for a period to send a message to those travelling along the road that they need to observe the speed limits.
The Commissioners have also requested that the traffic management team at DoI assess parking and traffic calming measures along this section as well as other areas of Garff, including the A2 Coast Road through Baldrine.
