Work to clear the blocked culvert at Hibernia Junction on the A2 Coast Road is scheduled to take place between December 12th and 16th this year. It is hoped that this will alleviate the flooding problems that have beset the ‘dip’ just on the Ramsey side of the junction. The Commissioners thank the Department for scheduling these works.
